Good News! NY State Dept Parole Board has again DENIED parole for Brian McCarthy in his second appearance. Under NY State Law, he was given the maximum of 24 months before he can be seen again for another parole hearing. We will continue to keep the online petition and 4katy website in the hopes of generating additional signatures and support to present to the board in 2 years.
